1 lb breakfast sausage
1 (1-oz) package Ranch dressing mix
1 lb bacon, cooked and chopped
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1½ cups Bisquick
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2) Mix all ingredients until well combined with an electric stand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment.
3) Roll dough into 1-inch balls and bake on a baking sheet.
4) Bake 15 to 18 minutes.

Can use turkey sausage and turkey bacon.
Can substitute 1-1/4 cups precooked bacon pieces for freshly cooked bacon.
Can freeze sausage balls unbaked. Prepare to step 3 above. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze until sausage balls are frozen. Transfer frozen sausage balls to a freezer bag for storage. When baking from frozen, add a few minutes to the baking time.
