1- 3 lb. pkg. Chicken thighs -boneless skinless
sprinkle with garlic salt
Mrs. Dash
flour
water
bullion or chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with spices. Grill needs to be hot, smoke seasoned meat to sear, 2-3 minutes on each side. Now either finish cooking or place in refrigerator until next day. When ready, place in crock pot with 1 can chicken broth and cook slow for 4-6 hrs. Or cook at 300º in for 1-1½ hrs. in a covered baking dish in oven. When chicken is done remove to plate and make gravy with drippings by mixing ½ c. flour with water to make a paste, drizzle into drippings. Add water or chicken bullion to make right consistency and flavor.
