1 ½ pound ground beef
1 ½ TB oil
1 clove of Garlic, minced
1 TB Parsley flakes
1 TB Basil
2 tsp salt
1 20 oz can of petite diced tomatoes
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 10 oz package lasagne noodles
3 cups rocotta cheese
2 eggs
½ tsp pepper
2 TB parsley flakes
½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound Mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in oil. Drain. Add garlic, parsley, basil, and salt. Mix with tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer, uncovered, till thick, about an hour, stir occasionally. Cook lasagne noodles as directed on the package; drain and rinse in cold water. Preheat oven to 375º. Mix rocotta cheese with beaten eggs, pepper and parsley flakes and parmesan cheese. Place half of noodles in 9x13 baking pan. Spoon on half the cheese mixture. Next place a layer of grated Mozzarella cheese; then spoon on a layer of meat mixture. Repeat the layers, ending with lay of Mozzarella to top. Bake for 30 minutes.
