1 loaf Italian Bread, cut up into slices
¼ cup melted butter
1 cup cut up fully cooked breakfast sausage or ham
2 cups Sharp Cheddar, grated
2 bunches green onions, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1 ½ cups milk
¼ salt
¼ pepper
¾ tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Take the sliced bread and spread with melted butter. Now cut bread into cubes. Spread the bread into a 9x13 cake pan or casserole baking dish. Sprinkle bread with sausage and grated cheese. Mix eggs, milk, and spices. Pour over the bread. Bake for 1 ½ hours.
