Mix in Heavy 2 Quart Pan:
2 ¼ cups sugar
¼ cup margarine
¾ cap evaporated milk

Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Boil 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add:
5 oz. marshmallow
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup chopped nuts
Directions:

Stir until chocolate dissolved. Pour into a buttered dish. Cool in refrigerator.
