1 ¼ c all-purpose flour
¾ t baking soda
¼ t salt
½ c butter or margarine
½ c peanut butter
½ c granulated sugar
1 egg
½ t vanilla
12 oz chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, soda, and salt. In a mixer bowl, beat butter for 30 minutes. Add peanut butter and sugar; beat until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture; beat until well combined. Add chocolate chips. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place 2” apart on an ungreased cookie sheet; crisscross with fork tines.

Bake at 375 deg F about 10 minutes. Cool about 1 minute before removing to a wire rack.
