2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Beat eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix dry ingredients and add slowly to egg mixture. Beat
until smooth. Drop into hot fat (375°F) through funnel working from center--out.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.

Yields 4 large or 6 small.
