meatballs
3 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
3 pkg crackers (?)
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
2 tsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves)
¼ cup grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste

sauce
2 cups tomatoes
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp oregano
2 tbsp basil
2 pinches red pepper
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup Romano cheese

brown meatballs in pan or oven
then simmer in sauce for 1 hour
