2 (10 oz) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained

3 c instant rice

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

¾ c milk

16 oz Velveeta, cubed

1 T butter

1 large onion chopped

bread crumbs

add seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and rice according to package directions.

Preheat over to 350º.

In casserole dish add cheese soups, and milk.

Place in oven until melted, then stir.

Saute onions in melted butter.

Add all ingredients to casserole dish. Season to taste.

Add bread crumbs to top.

Bake for 350º until bubbly and lightly browned.
