1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter or butter flavored shortening
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1¼ cup flour
1¼ cup instant oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 package chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 5 ingredients. Mix in chocolate chips. In separate bowl combine remaining ingredients. Mix dry ingredients into wet mixture and stir well. Drop onto cookie sheet by spoonfuls. Bake only until the edges are cooked, but not the middle,
about 8 minutes. Bake at 350°F for approximately 8 minutes, or until brown on edges and just a little doughy in middle.
