2 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves minced garlic 1/2 lb shrimp peeled salt pepper 1 onion diced 2 large beefsteak tomatoes diced 1 green bell pepper seeded and diced 2 tbsp tomato paste 1.2 tsp harissa sauce 1/2 teaspoon ground caraway 1/4 tsp ground coriander 1/2 cup warm water 4 eggs. Baguette and Kalamata olives for serving

Heat oil in a skillet adds garlic cook 2 min add shrimp cook another 4-5 min add salt and pepper. Set shrimp aside. In the same pan add onion a dash of olive oil cook 3 min more. Now add tomatoes bell pepper and harissa saute 5 min. Add rest of spices with warm water stir reduce heat and simmer 5-6 min. Make 4 craters in tomato sauce crack eggs and place into each crater simmer 6-8 min while placing shrimps on top to warm.

Serve with baguette and olives Something you would see in the Middle East near the coast. Good white wine will make a hit here.
