loaf French bread, cubed
3 c sugar
6 eggs
1 T vanilla
lg can evaporated milk
qt milk
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Raisins
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk over bread; let soak 10 minutes. Beat eggs, add sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, raisins and evaporated milk. Add to bread mixture. Pour into greased 2 deep long baking dish. Dot butter at end corners.
 

Rum Sauce

c butter
1 c sugar
3 egg yolks
1 t vanilla
lg can evaporated milk
Rum to taste

Directions:
Beat butter and sugar. Beat eggs; add to butter and sugar. Add vanilla, evaporated milk and rum. Pour over bread pudding. Bake at 350 deg F until brown.
