4 chicken breasts
2 cups flour
1 egg
½ tbsp. salt
1 cup water

Sauce:
1 can chicken broth
corn starch

Garnish:
1 cup chopped green onions
cashew pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Mix thoroughly flour, egg, salt and water. Coat chicken pieces with mixture. Deep fat fry until golden brown.

Sauce: Heat 1 can of chicken broth. Stir in small amount of corn starch until sauce reaches desired thickness.

Place desired portion of cooked white or brown rice on plate. Evenly place chicken pieces on top of rice. Pour desired amount of sauce over chicken and rice. Garnish with onions and cashews.
