1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 boxes (3½ oz.) pistachio instant pudding
½ cup milk
½ cup water
½ cup oil
5 eggs

Topping:
1 box of pistachio instant pudding
½ cup milk
1 small (8 oz.) container of cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding and cake mix.

Make a well and add the milk, water, and oil. Beat well.

Add eggs one at a time, and beat well.

Put in a greased tube pan and bake at 350º F for 60 minutes.

Mix topping ingredients together. Frost cake and refrigerate.
