2 squares chocolate grated or 1/2 c cocoa and 1/2 c butter melted together.

Cool above and add:
1 c sugar
2 egg yolks (save the egg whites)
1/2 c milk
1 c flour
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Stiffly beat the egg whites and fold into the mixture above. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
