1 cup wine vinegar
2 tbsp garlic fresh crushed/minced
5 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1-1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp crushed red pepper

10 lbs or under marinate 2 days
10 lbs or over marinate 3 days

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and poor over the prepared turkey. Put in a large plastic bag or plastic bowl and rotate several times a day. Store in the refrigerator. Cook turnkey per instructions on the wrapper or from your favorite cook book.
