1 c. flour
⅓ c. vegetable shortening
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
⅓ c. milk
Fresh peaches, sliced
½ c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, vegetable, salt and baking powder. Add milk and stir. Roll out and spread with peaches. Roll up like a jelly roll and slice. Melt butter in a 13x9 inch pan, place rolls flat in pan. Bring sugar and water to a boil and pour over rolls. Bake at 400º for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
