2½ c. warm water
1 tbsp. yeast
⅓ c. sugar
⅓ c. oil
1 tbsp. salt
6-7 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine warm water, yeast and sugar and let sit 10 minutes or until yeast is bubbly. Add oil, salt and 1½ c. flour to yeast mixture. Mix on low speed and continue to add flour ½ c. at a time until dough pulls away from bowl. Do not add more than 7 c. flour. Knead for 6 minutes. Divide dough into 6 pieces, make into round balls. Place on large cookie sheet and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes. Rub tops with butter. Remove middles and serve soup inside the bowl.
