1 lb. Hamburger
1 medium Onion
1 medium Green Pepper
1 qt. Tomato Juice
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 can Great Northern Beans
1 can Chili Beans
1 can Black Beans
1/2-1 tbsp. Chili Powder, to desired spice level
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp. Cayenne
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger in large pot and drain. Mix chili powder, cumin, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Cook green pepper and onion until barely softened. Add hamburger and 4 tbsp. of seasoning to the pot. Cook seasoning for one minute. Add juice, tomatoes, and beans, without draining. Simmer for 30 minutes until soup is hot. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Continue simmering for one hour.
