2 sticks margarine
1/3 c shortening
1/2 tsp salt
3 c sugar
5 eggs
2 Tbsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract
2 1/2 c flour
1 c milk
1/2 c cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
Powdered sugar to sift over top

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and shortening, add salt. Gradually add sugar, alternating with one egg at a time. Beat well. Add flavoring, sift flour with cocoa, add to mix alternating with milk. Before adding the final portion of flour, add baking powder to it. Then add to mix. Spray angel food pan with Pam. Bake at 325º for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Test with toothpick.

Do not open oven while baking. Remove from pan while warm, cool on rack.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool
