1 Pkg White, Yellow or Lemon Cake Mix
3/4 Cup oil
4 Eggs
1 Pkg, Small Lemon Jello
3/4 Cup Water

Glaze Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Cups XXX Sugar (Powdered)
Directions:
Directions:
Blend the cake ingredients 4 minutes with mixer. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased pan (9 x 13 is fine) for 35-40 minutes.

When baked, remove from oven and poke holes all over the top of the cake with a fork.

Mix the glaze mixture and spoon over the cake

This is a personal favorite on Bonnie's daughter Wendy. It was often times made with sugar free cake and jello trying to reduce the sugar levels.
