1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Pkg Small Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 Pkg Small Instant Butterscotch Pudding
1 Cup Water
3/4 Cup Cooking Oil
1 Tsp Vanilla
4 Eggs

Combine in bowl and set aside. Brown Sugar, Nuts, Cinnamon

In larger mixer bowl, combine: Flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and butterscotch pudding, water, oil, vanilla, and eggs. Beat these ingredients for about two minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour 1/3 batter into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Sprinkle with 1/3 brown sugar mix. pour remaining batter over the brown sugar mix. Then top with the remaining brown sugar mix.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, until top springs back when touched lightly in center.
