1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Thick Cut Boneless Pork Chops

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper.

Rub seasoning over all sides of each chop

Heat oil in large oven safe skillet over medium flame. When oils begins to shimmer, add chops. Cook about 5 minutes on each side until nicely browned.

If chops are thicker than 1 inch, transfer skillet to preheated oven and for another 5-10 minutes to finish cooking.

Dredge chops through thick sauce in bottom of pan before serving.
