12 eggs
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
2 Tbs. flour
1/4 to 1/2 cup thin sliced green onions
3/4 cups milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
2 cups diced ham
Shredded cheese
Favorite omelet toppings

Directions:
Directions:
Line the bottoms and sides of a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. In a blender blend eggs until frothy. Add seasoning salt, milk, flour and softened cream cheese and half cup shredded cheese, blend well then pour into pan. Bake on 375º for 15 to 18 minutes until eggs are puffy and set. Take out of oven, spread with Dijon mustard, top with ham, onions, shredded cheese and any other favorite topping. Roll up from long side of pan pulling off parchment as you go. When rolled into log sprinkle with more cheese on top and put back in oven just until cheese is melted.
