5 lb chuck roast
2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (15 oz.) can of zesty diced tomatoes

Additional Ingredients:
Tortilla shells
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Chopped onions
Shredded cheese
Salsa
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1) Placed roast in crock pot. Put 2 inches of water in bottom.
2) Sprinkle 1 pkg. taco seasoning over roast.
3) Let cook on medium for 6-8 hrs, until tender.
4) Remove roast, shred (remove fat).
5) Place shredded meat back into crock.
6) Stir. Drain liquid from crock.
7) Add remaining taco seasoning and zetsy tomatoes.
8) Stir and leave on warm.
9) Serve in shells with desired toppings.


NOTE: May be frozen in gallon Ziploc bag. Thaw and heat up on stove or microwave.
