1 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour or whole wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (200g) SKOR toffee bits
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy.

Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Add to butter mixture beating until blended.

Stir in toffee bits, chocolate chips and almonds. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto the baking sheets.

Bake for 8 - 12 minutes or until light golden. Cool on sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to rack to cool completely.

NOTE: I use only 1/2 bag of SKOR bits.
