Directions:
Bring water, shortening, sugar, and salt to a boil. Add cold milk, and 2 beaten eggs. Mix flour, and yeast together. Add liquid and mix well. Put the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let rise until double in size.

Filling: 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Topping: This is what you put in the bottom of the pan: 1/4 cup honey, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup butter. Mix in a bowl and spread in 9x13 pan, then sprinkle with 1 cup pecans.

When the dough is double, roll each piece, spread with butter, and then spread with filling, roll into a cylinder and cut into large pieces. Place rolls on the topping. Rise again and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and turn pan upside down.
