1 1/2 cups margarine
1 cup sugar
2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cups peanut butter
1/2 tbsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
3 cups flour
4 cups oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugars together, add eggs and vanilla, then peanut butter. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and oatmeal, mix well. Spread in a thin layer on a cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. When cooled spread a thin layer of whipped peanut butter on top then frost with chocolate icing. Makes 1 large cookie sheet, or 2 small 1/2 cookie sheets.
