3 lb chicken wings or drumetts
1 cup soy sauce
1 stick butter
1 can beer
juice of half of lemon
liquid smoke (optional)
hot sauces (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken on a baking pan. Salt and pepper chicken to taste. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. While chicken is in the oven, combine remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. After 20 minutes take the chicken out of the oven and cover with the sauce. Put back into oven for 30 minutes. Serve with dressing of your choice (blue cheese, ranch, etc).
