2 jars dried beef
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
1 tsp accent
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese (softened)

Directions:
Directions:
Take one jar of dried beef and cut up in very small pieces. Take the dried beef that is cut up and mix with all other ingredients. Mix well with a mixer. Shape mixture into a ball. Take second jar of dried beef and cut up in pieces. Roll the ball in the dried beef and try to cover the whole outside of the ball. Place on a serving dish. Chill for about an hour. Serve with crackers.
