Ingredients:  
1 rotisserie chicken (pull meat or buy already off the bone)
1 lb cooked deveined, medium shelled precooked frozen shrimp
1 lb andouille sausage cut into slices
28 oz. of diced tomatoes
1 chopped onion
2 cups chicken broth or water and chicken bouillon to make 2 cups
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. creole or Cajun seasoning, and more if you like it hotter

Combine everything except for shrimp in a crockpot and cook on high 4 hours. About 20 minutes before serving add shrimp.

Serve over dirty rice, or white rice.
