Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 head green leaf lettuce
1 head red leaf lettuce
1 bunch green onion, chopped
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced or chopped
1 small red or green cabbage, thinly sliced (about 4 c.)
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2 T. sesame seeds
1 pkg. won ton or egg roll wrappers
1 small pkg. slivered almonds

Dressing:
½ c. oil
½ c. rice vinegar
¼ c. sugar
½ tsp. pepper
¼ c. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut won ton wrappers into ½ inch strips and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. If desired, sugar-coat almonds by mixing them with 2 T. sugar in a small skillet over low heat. Cook until sugar is dissolved and nuts become golden brown. Stir constantly as they can scorch very quickly. Spread out on foil and allow to cool. To prepare salad, toss all ingredients together just before serving. Pour on dressing. Won tons will stay nicer if served in separate bowl and put on top of each serving.
