⅔ c Sour Milk (mix milk with 1 tsp vinegar, let sit for 5 minutes)
1½ tsp Baking Soda
2 eggs, beaten
1½ c Sugar
½ c Canola or Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
½ tsp Salt
3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
3 c Flour
½ c Chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Add baking soda to sour milk, add eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and salt and mix thoroughly. Mash the bananas and mix with the flour and nuts. Gradually add the liquid to the dry ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Bake in small greased loaf pans or Dorothy would use empty soup cans that have been greased.
Bake in 350º oven for 1 hour.
