12 pieces Lasagna Noodles
2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 C. parmesan cheese
1 jar Five Brothers Alfredo Sauce
1 jar Ragu Garlic Parmesan
2 C. chopped carrots
1 C. chopped onion
2 C. chopped broccoli
2 C. spinach

Directions:
Directions:
1) Warm sauces in sauce pan; adding spinach. Simmer 10 minutes.
2) Sauté vegetables in olive oil until tender.
3) Cook noodles (optional) until somewhat tender.*
4) Grease 9x13 casserole pan.
5) Add ½ C. sauce on bottom & ½ C. parmesan to bottom of pan
6) Layer: 3-4 noodles, 1 C. sauce, ½ C. parmesan, ½ veggies,
- ½ C. mozzarella cheese
7) Repeat step 6
8) Top with remaining noodles, sauce and mozzarella cheese.
9) Bake @ 375ºF for 35-40 minutes.**
10) Let sit 10 minutes.

* GF noodles may be substituted.
** Cook longer if noodles are not precooked. Uncooked GF noodles need extra liquid.
