½ C. olive oil
1 C. onion, chopped
1 C. slivered almonds
½ - 1 green pepper, chopped
2 (8-oz) cans tuna in water, drained

Directions:

1) In a large skillet, lightly sauté onion, bell pepper and
- ¼ C. almonds in olive oil.
2) Combine tuna.
3) Place in a 9 x 13 casserole pan.
4) Cover with remaining almonds.
5) Bake @ 425ºF until heated thoroughly.
