1 1/2 lbs. peeled Carrots, sliced into fry strips.
zero-calorie cooking spray
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, ground salt, and pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven (or Air fryer) to 425º F. Spray carrots with the cooking spray and then mix with the Rosemary, salt, and pepper. Separate the carrots onto a sprayed baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until crispy, flipping them frequently. If you are doing it in an air fryer make sure you shake them every few minutes.
