1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
¾ cup white sugar
1 egg
½ tsp baking sofa
¼ tsp salt
1 cup chips (chocolate, peanut butter whatever)

Preheat oven to 350ºF

Mix ingredients.
Let sit 10-15 minutes until thickens a bit.

Scoop with a small cookie scoop or spoon onto parchment lined cookies sheet.

Bake approximately 15 minutes til cookies browned but still a little soft.

Let cool.
