1½ cups vinegar
1½ cups sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsb. salt
1 tsb. pepper
1 tsb. garlic powder
1 tbsp celery seed
1 medium onion (cut small)
1 medium green pepper (cut small)
1 medium cucumber (unpeeled, cut small)
Blend all above in medium bowl, then set aside.

16 oz. pkg. of Mostaccioli noodles
½ cup cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Mostaccioli until tender, rinse and drain. Pour ½ cup cooking oil over noodles and mix until all noodles are well covered. Add blended mixture and mix well.

Marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator before serving. Keep refrigerated.
