3 eggs
3/4c milk
3/4c flour
3/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400.
Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, salt. Do not overmix. Add 1 tsp oil to each cup of a 12 cup muffin tin. Transfer to oven to heat 5-7 minutes. When hot, divide batter to fill cups half way. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden and crisp. Serve with Bisto gravy.
