1 TB olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
4 cloves of minced garlic
1 jalapano if desired, de-seed and chopped
1 (16 oz) can Refried Beans
6 cups Chicken Broth
1 (14 oz) can petite diced tomatoes, do not drain
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup frozen corn
2 cups shredded chicken
1 TB lime juice
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro (Except for Graham)
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 bag Fritos
Sour Cream as desired

Chop onions, garlic and jalapeno. Saute' the onion, garlic and jalapeno in a soup pot with oil. Add the broth, tomatoes, refried bean and mix it until the refried beans are no longer a solid mass.
To soup add the chicken, frozen corn, black beans, juice, and spices. Bring to a boil and then lower the heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes. Then soup is ready to serve. Serve with chips, cilantro (if desired), cheese and sour cream.
