1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 tbsp water
1 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, water and salt.
2. Cook until melted and bubbly around the edge, stirring frequently. Continue cooking two minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Remove from heat; stir in baking soda and vanilla. Stir until caramel darkens in color (about 2 minutes). Let stand 1 minute. Serve over ice cream.
