1 orange
1 lemon
1-16 oz can peaches, drained
1-16 oz can pear halves drained
1-16 oz can apricots, drained
1-15¼ oz can pineapple slices, drained
⅓ cup raisins
1-6 oz jar maraschino cherries, drained
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp cinnamon
2 T flour
1 T angostura bitter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
Grate lemon and orange rinds-peel and slice.
In 2 quart glass pan, layer orange slices, lemon slices, peaches, etc.
Mix orange and lemon rind, brown sugar, cinnamon, flour and bitters.
Mix and sprinkle over fruit.
Bake 30 min. Serve warm.
