1 head lettuce
1/2 cup onion (diced)
1/4 cup carrots (diced)
4 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 small bag of frozen peas
1 small bag cheddar cheese (grated)

Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp season salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up lettuce in bite size pieces. Press in a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Spread onions and carrots over the lettuce. Then spread peas. Mix dressing ingredients together.; then spread over peas. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and the bacon crumbles. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
