1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1/2 cup oil
1 onion (diced)
Juice of 1/4 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut rabbit up in pieces desired. Roll pieces in mixture of flour, salt, and pepper. Brown the rabbit in at least part of the oil, and then add diced onions and lemon juice. Cover and cook until done.
