2 to 3 pound venison roast
4 tsp bacon fat
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp celery (chopped)
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp onion (chopped)
2 cups water (boiling)

Directions:
Directions:
Lay venison on board and pound flour into it. Then melt in very large frying pan, and brown roast in it. Add all of the seasoning and 1/2 of the water. Cover and let simmer for 55 minutes; pour in rest of water and simmer until done to taste.
