14 oz. bag sweetened coconut flakes

2 Cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

2/3 Cup lightly chopped almonds ( I use Blue Diamond low sodium lightly salted)

14 0z. can sweetened condensed mik

Directions:
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 325F

2. Line a Lg. baking sheet with parchment paper & set aside.

3 In a Lg. bowl combine coconut, chocolate chips, almonds & sweetened
condensed milk. Stir until combined.

4. Scoop out dough with cookie scoop onto prepared baking sheet.

5. Moisten tips of your fingers with water & shape into disc. Pat tops flat

6.Bake 12 to 14 min. or until tips of coconut are just turning golden brown

7. Let cool on baking sheet. Store cookies in airtight container
