Ingredients:
⅓1 lb. Ground Beef
¼ cup. uncooked Rice
1 slightly beaten egg
1 TB parsley
1 TB basil
1 TB dried minced onion
1 TB. Worcestershire Sauce
10 oz. can tomato soup. ⅓ of soup into meatballs, then remaining soup into a sauce.

1 more can of tomato soup with 1 TB of Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first seven ingredients. Add 1/3 of the can of tomato soup and the remaining ingredients. Form into meatballs. Brown the meatballs in a frypan with a vegetable oil on medium. Do not overcook just quickly brown. Take the remaining soup and mix in Worcestershire sauce and water. Pour sauce over the meatballs and let the meatballs simmer 40-45 minutes on low covered. Cook until the rice pops out like a porcupine and they are done through. Heat in a separate sauce pan the other can of soup mixed with ½ cup water and 1 TB Worcestershire sauce, but do not cook with meatballs or they will go mushy. If you do like extra sauce do not use extra can. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
