¼ cup olive oil
3 cup diced onion
2 cup diced carrots
2 cup diced celery
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup whole skinned tomatoes
1 cup green beans
1 cup tomato puree
½ cup barley 3 tsp salt
1-½ tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp. instant chicken bullion
3 tbsp. instant beef bullion
1-½ tsp sweet basil
2 tsp oregano
7 cup water
1 cup canned kidney beans
1 cup chopped white cabbage
1 cup canned garbanzo beans
1 cup peas
1 cup cooked macaroni
1 cup chopped spinach
pepper to taste
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil, saute in dried onions, carrots, celery until tender. Add diced and whole tomatoes, green beans, kidney beans, cabbage, salt, pepper, garlic powder, bullion, basil, oregano, water, tomato puree and barley.

Simmer 45 minutes.

Stir in peas, garbanzo beans and macaroni. Simmer 15 minutes.

Add spinach, serve hot, sprinkle generously with grated parmesan

Makes 18 cups of soup
