2 ¾ cups Flour
2 tsps. Baking Powder
1 ½ tsps. Salt
1 ¾ cups Sugar
1 cup Shortening
¾ cup Milk
1 tsp. Orange Extract
¼ tsp. Almond Extract
3 Eggs, beaten

TOPPING
2 Tbsps. Flour
3 Tbsps. Brown Sugar
3 Tbsps. Confectioners Sugar
¼ tsp. Orange Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt into large mixing bowl.

Add sugar, stir. Cut in shortening. Add milk, orange extract, almond extract and eggs. Beat thoroughly. DO NOT pour into pan yet! Wait until you make topping.

TOPPING
Mix together ¾ cup of batter, flour, brown sugar, confectioners sugar and orange extract.

Spread topping on the bottom of well-greased tube pan. Pour batter on top and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in preheated 375º oven. Remove from pan immediately or topping will stick.
