@ tbsp, olive oil 1 14 oz can whole peeled plum tomatoes with juices 1 red onion 1tsp sugar 3/4 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp caraway seeds 1/4 tsp allspice salt/pepper, 2 finely chopped jalepenos 3 chopped cloves garlic 2 tbsp chopped dill 2 tbsp sesame seeds 1 lb raw peeled shrimp tails removed.

Heat olive oil add onion cook for 10 min. Add tomatoes sugar cumin caraway seed allspice salt pepper and 1 cup of water to the mix. Mash garlic dill and jalapenos with a mortar and pestle to a fine paste. Add to tomato mixture Cover and simmer stirring a couple of times for 20 min. Toast sesame seeds for 3 min in a skillet set aside. Stir in shrimp to tomato mix stirring until cooked 3-4 min. Serve with olive oil drizzle and sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
